Gold Refund Policy
We will offer a refund for your Gold purchase under the following conditions
- If your Gold is not delivered for any reason and this is confirmed by a developer by looking at the database, you may request refund. However, if a developer determines that your gold was delivered, your refund may be denied.
- If you have not spent any of your Gold yet, you may request a refund. However, if a developer determines that your gold was delivered, your refund may be denied.
- Once you have spent some or all of your Gold, you can no longer request a refund. If a developer looks at your account and determines that some or all of the gold has been spent, your refund will be denied.
